Michael has over 18 years’ experience delivering effective CRM multi-channel strategies. He has a combination of client-side and agency experience working for large multinationals and blue chip financial services clients.
Since being named young direct marketer of the year, Michael has become recognised as an expert in financial services strategy, having led highly successful data strategies for some of Australian's largest CRM businesses including American Express, CBA, St George and Telstra.
Justine has over 19 years’ experience working in agencies in Australia and the UK. She has a strong background in advertising, brand activation and business management, having been a director of Fuzebox – an agency she founded in 2008 with a former Whybin TBWA colleague.
The major financial services providers and other clients that Justine has worked with include ING, Allan Gray, Blue Quay, Westfield, Essential Energy, Toby’s Estate Coffee, Coca-Cola and Goodman Fielder.
Kylie is an award-winning integrated creative director with a passion for big ideas. She is a versatile, creative thinker with extensive agency experience in advertising, direct and online marketing culminating in 20 years’ experience in creating, supervising and selling work across all media.
As a financial services specialist, Kylie has created memorable campaigns for financial organisations including Allan Gray, American Express, Citibank, ING, MasterCard, MLC, NAB, St.George, and Westpac.
