ING HEADS-UP MODULAR NEWSLETTER
With some benefits being removed from the Orange Everyday account (including cash back for using Visa payWave), we needed to remind customers of the other benefits of being with ING. Our solution was to create a modular monthly newsletter called “Heads-up”, updating customers on the benefits they’re receiving and what else they could be getting. Data-driven variable content was included as part of the digital marketing campaign based on the customer’s products. A matrix was developed for the year using both simple data extract and conditional logic to drive content.
