FIRST STATE SUPER BROCHUREWARE
Even though it’s one of Australia’s biggest super funds, First State Super did not have a complete range of customer-focused brochureware that addressed members’ needs about its products, services and benefits.
Being a profit-for-member fund and one of the only funds with a branch network for members, they wanted to be more proactive in helping their target audience take a more active role in their super, while helping them with any issues that may have brought them into the branch. The aim was to provide members and new prospects with helpful in-branch material they could also take home to read later.
To make the most of this opportunity, we created a suite of 4 larger brochures and 8 how-to flyers for display in 26 retail locations. These covered topics including choosing a fund, getting the most out of your super, changing jobs, super consolidation, insurance cover and retirement solutions.
Consistent with First State Super’s mission to put members first, the brochure content and design was engaging, informative and easy to read, allowing the brand to connect with customers in a whole new way.
