munich re celebrates 50 years with people of munich re social campaign

As part of Munich Re Australia’s 50 year celebrations, the company wanted to showcase not just its services and capabilities, but the people and culture that have helped drive its success. The objective was to generate talkabilty, loyalty and pride among existing and potential staff by promoting Munich Re as a very inclusive and positive workplace full of diverse people.

To achieve this, we created a social media campaign featuring a selection of staff members with diverse backgrounds, experiences and personalities who share their personal stories. The resulting campaign – called Munich Retold – shows that not only are Munich Re staff talented insurance professionals, but they are multi-faceted individuals who have all sorts of interesting stories to tell.

With a new story being unveiled every month, the inspiring and diverse stories of Munich Re Australia staff are being brought to life in their own words, accompanied by photography that illustrates their many interests and adventures.
